04:17 make up the game including the
04:19 characters as sets scene make up
04:22 although image textures used may be an
04:25 outlining component especially if those
04:29 images contained a copyright logo or
04:31 trademark insignia in order for any
04:36 created character to hold merit for
04:38 copyright it first has to be drawn and
04:41 portrayed by the artist or their
04:43 business then it would have to be used
04:45 as the main asset consistently
04:47 throughout from the name of the game to
04:50 his or her specific mannerisms and
04:53 actions to the advertising though there
04:56 may be some outlying rights held in
04:58 general there isn't for the most part a
05:03 simple character dressed in camouflage a
05:06 nice-looking female dancer nor the
05:08 generic animations attached nor a
05:11 resemblance of an asset in a scene as a
05:14 horse tank house tree and so on does not
05:17 and will not be included in overall
05:20 copyright of the package
05:22 as the game in whole as copyrighted
05:29 excuse me this is bad in many ways for
05:33 the original creator of such general use
05:36 characters and assets but very prolific
05:39 to those that can and will gain access
05:41 to them but it does not fall into the
